Where do Pavemade products ship from?

Our distribution centers are across the country. Your order will ship from one of these locations:

  • Cincinnati, OH
  • Vincentown, NJ
  • Jacksonville, FL
  • Mulberry, AR
  • Sacramento, CA
  • Los Angeles, CA

Can I pick up the machine from one of these locations?

Yes. After checking out as normal, please call or email service@pavemade.com to schedule your pick up. Most orders can be picked up in the same day for orders before 10am, or the next day for orders after 10am.

What shipping methods do you use?

For the melters we use various freight carriers such as Fedex Freight, AAA Cooper, A duie pyle (east coast) etc. For smaller products and parts, we use Fedex and USPS.

Is there tracking for my shipment?

Yes, you will see the tracking info under "orders" tab when logged in.

How long does shipping take?

Freight shipments takes 1-5 days. Fedex shipments takes 4-5 days. USPS shipments takes 2-3 days.

Who qualifies for free shipping?

Free shipping applies to all Fedex and USPS shipments.

For freight shipments, free shipping covers delivery to a commercial address with a forklift or a loading dock. If you do not have a commercial address or a forklift/dock, extra residential and/or liftgate charges will occur. We can not be responsible for any additional charges. Meanwhile, you can avoid additional carrier charge by picking up at the carrier's local terminal. Please call or email service@pavemade.com to tell us to deliver to terminal. In the email title please put "DELIVER TO TERMINAL". 

What form of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards: VISA, MASTER, American Express, and Diners club.

We do take checks, please write check payable to "PAVEMADE" and mail check to 122A E Foothill blvd. #164, Arcadia, CA, 91006. Do NOT mail cash.

Customer Shipment of Returned Merchandise - Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

No returns for used products. 10% restocking fee within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of product. 20% restocking fee between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days upon receipt of product. No returns after thirty (30) days of receipt of product. Written request for an RMA is required. Return date is the written request date of the valid RMA accompanying returned product.

No returns of any type will be accepted by Seller unless accompanied by a unique RMA number, which Customer may obtain by providing the following information to Pavemade Customer Relations: customer name, applicable invoice number, product serial number, and details of Customer’s issue with the product. Customer has five (5) days to return a Product after the applicable RMA is issued. Pavemade reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that occur after the five (5) day period or those involving Products that are unaccompanied by valid RMA’s.
If used, we do not accept returns.

What's your warranty policy?

Limited Manufacturer Lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship of the main machine construct and 1 year warranty on replaceable metal parts, excluding damages due to mishandling or misuse. Eligibility is determined on a case by case basis by Pavemade. Warranty covers free part replacements for defective parts only, labor and shipping cost are not covered. Please call or email service@pavemade.com for replacement parts. Technical support is always available.
